Onto Oregon We Go!
Seattle, WA to Gold Beach, OR
Today we woke up bright and early with a plan to travel from Seattle, Washington to Gold Beach, Oregon. We started off by stopping at a grocery store and Starbucks to refill on snacks and grab some caffeine to fuel us through the bus ride. After two more hours on the bus, we stopped for lunch. Many of us went to Popeyes’s and McDonald’s. The next few hours of our road trip we enjoyed the phenomenal views of the Pacific Ocean.
We then arrived at our hotel, which had a beautiful view of the Rogue River and the bridge that goes across it. After half an hour of exploring and getting ready we had pizza delivered which we had as a whole group.
After dinner, many of us walked around, went in the pool and hot tub, played cards and watched the sunset. By then it was almost curfew so we went back to our rooms.
Most of us sat on our porches, listened to music, talked, and enjoyed the west coast horizon. Night Night from Gold Beach, Oregon!!
